Every piece is drawn to fit the material before it's cut — then sanded, sealed, and inspected by hand. Nothing ships until it matches the proof you approved.
We cut from responsibly sourced wood and acrylic sheet, and offcuts are kept for smaller pieces like keychains and ornaments rather than thrown out.
